Our Soobu In-Store Agents are trained on every aspect of the brand that they are employed to promote. Well spoken, well presented and respectful young people who are dedicated, on time and equipped with all the necessary tools and skills to enable them to upsell, cross sell and drive sales for both the retailer and brand.
Soobu In-Store Agents are required to check in via our Soobu App, log their working hours and report back on customer interaction and sales.
Reports are compiled and sent to our clients for review and input as to the successes and challenges experienced, as it relates to the brand activation. This allows our clients to adapt, change or alter their activations in real time, in order to accommodate unforeseen stumbling blocks, or to capitalise on opportunities.

Mystery Shopping – is defined as a process by which an individual visits a retail store, restaurant, bank branch or any such location, with the objective of measuring the quality of customer experience.
Our Soobu Mystery Shoppers are carefully matched to the target customer profile of our clients. They are highly trained and provide a detailed feedback report based on the relevant parameters and measurables set out by our clients. Our mystery shoppers fit in seamlessly with regular customers, visiting locations and making careful notes, as they proceed through the retail experience.
Data is reported back to the Soobu Head Office where our team compiles and analyses the data. Based on this data, we move to address challenges and provide solutions in order to assist clients in improving their customer experience.
