I am passionate about travel, and have been fortunate enough to pursue this passion, enabling a broad knowledge base of different global markets and retail experiences.

I have a passion for people, retail and travel.

Who am I?

My 25 years of experience in various aspects of retail, including sales, customer service, distribution, brand representation and promotions, guide my practice.

 

Thus, strategy, fostering personal relationships, superior product knowledge and attention to detail, are my cornerstones.

my philosophy

In retail, we understand the importance of customer retention, as it is far more cost effective than customer acquisition.

Thus, the role of the sales staff and the face of the business are a main focus, as a negative experience in this area can result in a negative impact on the brand.

Thus through implementing a dual approach, we aim to affect buying power.

 

 

Part of this approach is understanding the power of story-telling, as ultimately people sell to people, and a human connection can lead to brand loyalty.
